WELCOME TO JG FITNESS

As a Semi Professional Cricketer, playing for his home land Barbados in 20/20 cricket and two county home teams in the UK, fitness was always at the forefront for Jamar Griffith.

Alongside the development of JG Fitness, he has travelled across the globe, most recently to Dubai, to deliver intensive one-on-one to top professional sports persons such as Carlos Brathwaite and more recently here in Barbados with Fidel Edwards.

Schools Workout Program

Do you have a child who loves playing video games and watching tv for hours? JG Fitness has a solution for you. We provide 30 minute After School Workouts to keep your children active.

It’s a brilliant way to keep children active and fit *as well as *help them understand more about healthy eating and lifestyle.

Parents are welcome to join in too!

J.G Fitness is the brainchild of Jamar Griffith; an experienced and Certified Fitness Trainer (ISSA).

He has also been a Professional Cricketer for over 10 years playing for Maple & Bristol Cricket Clubs in Barbados.

Having extended his boundaries to play cricket for Harthill & Atherton in the UK, he was selected for Barbados A and Vice Chancellor X1 team vs Zimbabwe 20/20.

His Personal Training not only puts you in the driving seat with him as your personal co-pilot, his understanding and drive create fast results.

          To our valued clients, here at J.G Fitness we are taking the pandemic very seriously and keeping our staff and clients safe as the utmost priority. We are closely monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic and changing our protocols accordingly.
