We at JG fitness aim towards achieving a healthy and active body.

Personal training offers you the advantage of having a one on one fitness exercise program and consultation with the trainer (Jamar Griffith).

First off we would do a body assessment were by the trainer determines your target areas. Further to that you state your goal/s you want to achieve. Then the trainer would provide a routine exercising program where both of you workout together for the allotted time.

Meal plans are also provided and must be adhered to in order to receive maximum results

Our prices are tailored to suit your needs i.e depending on your body assessment results & your goals, prices are then determined hourly.

Covid-19 Protocols

To our valued clients, here at J.G Fitness we are taking the pandemic very seriously and keeping our staff and clients safe as the utmost priority. We are closely monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic and changing our protocols accordingly. In order to do so, we are constantly referring to the guidelines set out by the Ministry of Health and Wellness.

We are currently operating our gym with bookings only and restricted numbers. Please remember to wear your mask, wash your hands and sanitize regularly. Also make sure to walk with your gym towel.
